RE: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AL~dEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-7 <br /> <br />CHANGE IN GENERAL PLAN FOR AREA LOCATED ON <br />THE SOUTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE, APPROXI~ATELY <br />2,100 FEET EAST OF THE EASTERN CITY LIMIT LINE <br /> <br />Lhe application of Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc., <br />for an amendment to the Pleasanton General Plan from <br />low density residential and medium density residen- <br />tial to agriculture and grazing for approximately 60 <br />acres of land located on the south side of Vineyard <br />Avenue approximately 2,100 feet east of the eastern <br />City Limit line, !~as been reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />at the time of the public hearings before the Planning <br />Commission when testimony was received and pertinent <br />maps, documents and drawings were examined, condider- <br />able opposition to this amendment as petitioned was <br />voiced by adjacent, affected landowners; and <br />the Planning Cormmission, in the deliberation of this <br />request did take into consideration the testimony <br />presented by said property owners; and <br />the Planning Conmission of the City of Pleasanton, <br />on December 11, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 1329, <br />recommending to the City Council the approval of <br />said plan amendment with the modification that only <br />22.68 acres owned by Pleasanton Garbage Service be <br />amended to show Agriculture and Grazing, deleting <br />those lands belonging to Ralph L. and Wilma F. <br /> <br />Martin, ~hich are to be retained under their existing <br />designation of low density residential; and <br /> <br /> <br />
