WHEREAS, ~he City Council at their meeting of January 13, <br /> 1975, did consider the recommendation made by the <br /> Planning Commission, and received pertinent testi- <br /> mony and examined maps, drawings and documents. <br /> <br />_lOW, tHEREFORE, '~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />._ection 1. 'lhe application of Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc., <br /> is approved for an amendment to the 1968 General Plan <br /> for only a 22.68 acre parcel owned by said Pleasanton <br /> Garbage Service, Inc., from low and medium density <br /> to Agriculture and Grazing. <br />Section 2. That the lands of Ralph L. and Wilma F. ;!eartin be <br /> retained under their existing General Plan designa- <br /> tion of low density residential. <br />Section 3.
