CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALA5~EDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-26 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPP~VING A HOLDING TANK FOR THE <br /> <br /> BINDI DEVELOPMENT ON ST. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Bindi <br /> parcel of property <br /> <br /> MARYS STREET. <br /> <br />are the owners of a certain <br />located on St. Marys Street upon <br /> <br /> which they wish to construct a restaurant; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners are entitled to sewer connection credits <br /> to a maximum of 50 fixture units, said units being <br /> the equivalent of two single family homes which <br /> previously occupied the site where the restaurant <br /> is to be located; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed restaurant development requires some <br /> <br /> 98 fixture units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to allow the restaurant to proceed with <br /> development, it is necessary for the owner to <br /> obtain approval for a holding tank to receive the <br /> excess amount of wastewater above the allowable <br /> 50 fixture units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of February 7, 1975 <br /> <br /> considered this request and took testimony relative <br /> to the same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~qTON <br /> <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. A holding tank is approved for the Bindi develop- <br /> ment on St. Marys Street, said tank to not exceed <br /> 2,500 gallons in size. <br /> <br />Section 2. Detailed plumbing plans for the entire development <br /> shall be prepared and submitted to the Director of <br /> Engineering Services for approval prior to the issuance <br /> of a building permit for the construction of a <br /> restaurant, said plu~Ding plans shall clearly indi- <br /> <br /> <br />
