There shall <br /> be no direct connection between the two systems, <br /> though the design should provide for future connec- <br /> tion at such time as additional sewer capacity is <br /> available to allow the premises to remove from a <br /> holding tank. <br /> <br /> Section 3 Detailed plans showing ~he location, construction <br /> materials and details as well as other pertinent <br /> data concerning this holding tank, shall be submitted <br /> to and approved by ~he Director of Engineering Ser- <br /> <br /> vices prior to the installation of said holding tank. <br /> <br />Section 4. The property owner shall enter into a holding tank <br /> agreement wikh the City prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit for this development. The Mayor is <br /> hereby authorized by this resolution to execute this <br /> agreement at such time as it has been approved by <br /> the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Section 5. A copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to <br /> <br /> the owner of the property by the City Clerk. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
