~E~AS, <br /> <br />~E~AS, <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE 1976-77 <br />COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ALAmeDA <br />RELATING TO THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />ACT OF 1974 <br /> <br /> the City of Pleasanton and County of Alameda previously <br /> entered into a cooperation agreement for the disbursal <br /> of Housing and Community Development Act funds upon <br /> application and receipt of said funds by the County of <br /> Alameda; and <br /> it is necessary for the City and County to enter into a <br /> cooperation agreement for the filing of an application by <br /> the County of Alameda as an urban county for funds for <br /> fiscal year 1976-77; and <br /> the City of Pleasanton has designated to the County of <br /> Alameda projects which will be funded by moneys attribu- <br /> table to the City under the Housing and Community Devel- <br /> opment Act of 1974 (City Council Resolution No. 75-258); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />P~SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of a cooperation <br /> agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the County <br /> of Alameda for the Housing and Community Development <br /> program for fiscal year 1976-77. <br /> <br />Section 2.
