AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> An agreement by and bet;.7een CITY OF PLEASANTON , hereinafter <br /> <br />kno~m as City, and the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, hereinafter known as County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, County has indicated its intention of filing an applica- <br />tion as an urbaD county for funds for fiscal year 1976-1977, pursuant <br />to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (hereinafter,ACT); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City is entitled to participate with the County as part <br />of the urban county; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and County desire City's participation; <br /> <br /> IT IS AGREED THAT: <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> The cooperation agreement entered into by City and County on <br /> <br /> June 16, 1975 for purposes of qualifying as an urban county for <br /> <br />fiscal year 1975-76 is hereby extended in full force and effect through <br />June 30, 1977. A copy of the cooperation agreement is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> II <br /> <br /> All references in the cooperation agreement to fiscal year 1975- <br />1976 are amended to read fiscal year 1976-1977. <br /> <br /> All references in the cooperation agreement to June 30, 1976 are <br />amended to read June 30, 1977. <br /> <br /> All references in the cooperation agreement to fiscal year ].976- <br /> <br />1977 are amended to read fiscal year 1977-1978. <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, A <br />Municipal Corporation <br /> dward J.
