WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 77-4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIFIC ALLOCATION OF <br />ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000) <br />IN BUDGETED FUNDS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND <br />TRAFFIC SAFETY <br /> <br />the City Council on June 28, 1976 adopted a Capital <br />Improvement Budget for fiscal year 1976-77; and <br />in said budget sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) was <br />appropriated for use on existing downtown streets and <br />an additional ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) was <br />appropriated for nonspecified projects under the cate- <br />gory of traffic signals and street improvements; and <br />in order for the Engineering Division of the Department <br />of Community Development to be able to schedule work <br />to be accomplished on the projects to be funded with <br />the one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) al- <br />located by the City Council, the Director of Engineer- <br />ing Services submitted a report of December 29, 1976 <br />of various projects to be undertaken by said division <br />for consideration and approval by the City Council; and <br />the City Council at its meeting of January 3, 1977 con- <br />sidered the report by the Director of Engineering Ser- <br />vices. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council authorizes the allocation of ap- <br /> proximately one hundred thirty-four thousand seven <br /> hundred dollars ($134,700) from the Capital Improve- <br /> <br /> ment~s Budget for fiscal year 1976-77 for the <br /> <br /> <br />
