Minor improvements to Vervais Avenue <br /> <br />Section 2. the City Manager and his staff shall undertake a <br /> review of how the remaining unallocated balance from <br /> the one hundred fifty thousand dollars in the Capital <br /> Improvement's Budget for fiscal year 1976-77 may best <br /> be used for street maintenance purposes and report <br /> <br /> back to the City Council on the City Manager's findings. <br />Section 3.
