CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING APPEAL OF FARIS A. REALI FOR <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DAYCARE CENTER WITH <br />12 CHILDREN AT 3968 EMPIRE COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Faris A. Reali made application (UP-80-36) for a conditional <br />use permit to operate a daycare center for twelve (12) <br />children at her~residence at 3968 Empire Court; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commas.simon ~e~iewed the application on <br />December !0, 1980 and granted the conditional use <br />permit limiting the number of children to seven (7); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that conditional approval was appealed by Mrs. Reali to <br /> the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received a staff report and held a <br />public hearing on January 13, 1981 to receive comments <br />from the applicant and the public. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The City Council grants the conditional use permit <br />for twelve (12) children at the daycare center operated <br />at 3968 Empire Court, subject to attached conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 13, 1981, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Ja ~K .
