UP-80-36 Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />That this use permit is granted for day care for a maximum <br />of 12 children including the applicant's own. <br /> <br />That the facility be licensed at all times by the State <br />Department of Social Services. <br /> <br />That the hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00a.m. <br />to 7:00p.m. <br /> <br />That the applicant be aware that the proposed use is subject <br />to State Fire Regulations and shall be inspected by the City <br />Fire Department prior to the commencement of the expanded <br />operation. <br /> <br />That the approval of this use permit is granted for the <br />property located at 3698 Empire Court only. <br /> <br />That when outside, the children shall be closely supervised <br />at all times and that special attention shall be given to <br />keeping noise levels to a minimum. <br /> <br />That the existing illegal structure attached to the south <br />end of the subject residence be removed, modified to meet <br />code requirements or that a variance be secured to allow <br />its retention prior to UP-80-36 becoming effective. Proof <br />of compliance must be submitted to the Planning Division <br />prior to expansion of the child care facility beyond six <br />children, <br /> <br /> <br />
