Commissioner <br />Pons joined the meeting at 8:00 PM. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, <br />seconded by Chairman Garrigan, and carried, <br />the minutes of the meetings of May 13, <br />and May 27, 1970, were approved as submitted <br />REVISIONS AND Delete - Items 6a - RZ-70-7, John MacGowan <br />OMISSIONS TO THE 6b - UP-70-11, William S. Carnazzo, M.D., <br />AGENDA. to meeting of August 12, 1970. <br />Add Item 8b - Submittal of General Plan <br />Review Committee Report Park proposal from <br />the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP Morrison Homes - application to rezone from <br />MENT the A (Agricultural) District to the P.U.D. <br />PUD-69-9, Denied, (Planned Unit Development) District, that <br />Res. No. 1018 property generally known as the Orloff parce <br />bounded by S.P. R. R. , Kaiser Road and Santa <br />Rita Road, said property containing 94 net <br />acres, more or less. <br />Chairman Garrigan reviewed previous reports <br />and presentations.
