<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-l2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-97-at2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a Planned Unit Development Prezoning to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District <br />of approximately 34.5 acres of property located at 2201, 2207, 2215, 2221 and <br />2313 Martin Avenue, and 3547,3711,3737,3747, and 3757 Trenery Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1997, the Planning Commission received a <br />proposed negative declaration prepared for Case RZ-97 -QI; and <br />2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />February 12, 1997, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br />opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br />
