<br />Resolution No. PC-97-l2 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />2 <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case RZ-97-o.t, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton for a Planned Unit Development Prezoning to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District of <br />approximately 34.5 acres of property located at 2201, 2207, 2215, 2221 and 2313 <br />Martin Avenue, and 3547, 3711, 3737, 3747, and 3757 Trenery Drive <br /> <br />Section 2.
