THE CITY OF !! 15 <br />1 16 �w � <br />p® £�1S�NTON� CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />1 <br />October 1, 2019 <br />Operations Services <br />TITLE: APPROVE FIFTH AMENDMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $400,000 WITH <br />MORGENROTH DEVELOPMENT FOR CITY RENOVATION PROJECTS <br />FOR FY 2019/20 <br />SUMMARY <br />Over the years the City has entered into multiple as -needed agreements with a variety <br />of vendors to maintain and renovate facilities. Per the 20 -Year Repair and Replacement <br />Plan, several projects have been identified to be completed this fiscal year as well as <br />projects for the housing rehabilitation program. Staff is seeking to extend the as -needed <br />contract with Morgenroth Development for FY 2019/20. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with Morgenroth Development for <br />FY 2019/20 in the not -to -exceed amount of $400,000. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The agreement with Morgenroth Development is funded by the Facilities Renovation <br />(Internal Service Fund - 515) to maintain and renovate City facilities and the Low <br />Income Housing Fund for the housing rehabilitation program for FY 2019/20. <br />
