THE CITY OF Q <br /> = °- CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT 8 <br /> pL£ASANTON- <br /> November 5, 2013 <br /> Community Development <br /> Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR IRONWOOD ACTIVE ADULT <br /> COMMUNITY, TRACTS 8004 AND 8023 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 8004, Phase I, created three single-family detached residential lots and five lots <br /> which are subdivided in later phases of the development. It also created Parcels A (a <br /> storm water bio-retention area), Parcel B (open space/landscaping) and Parcel C (a <br /> community recreation center, a storm water bio-retention area, and open <br /> space/landscaping). Tract 8023, Phase II, created forty single family residential lots. <br /> The property is located on the north side of the City Operations Services Center. All <br /> project work has been completed and public improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept for normal maintenance the public Improvements for Ironwood Active Adult <br /> Community, Tracts 8004 and 8023. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for maintenance of water and sewer <br /> facilities, as well as the interior surfaces of the wall facing the City Operations Services <br /> Center. <br />
