CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-307 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR TRACT 3150 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Stoneson Development Corporation is in the process <br />of constructing a condominium project at Springdale <br />and Stoneridge Drives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all RAP approvals, sewer permits and other City <br /> approvals have been secured for the project; and <br /> <br />some of the sewer permits necessary to obtain building <br />permits to complete the project will expire this year <br />or in January, 1982; and <br /> <br />Stoneson has requested the City to enter into a <br />Development Deferment Agreement which will create a <br />one year period~ln which no building permits could be <br />issued on the subject property, thus extending the <br />life of the sewer permits about to expire for one <br />additional year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Development Deferment Agreement between <br /> Stoneson Development Corporation and the City of Pleasanton, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> the above-mentioned agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />B.nes~J~R.W~lk~ . .
