Section 4: That the rehabilitation of the Westwind Youth <br /> Building be submitted as part of the Amador Park <br /> Propostion I project and if it is determined that <br /> Westwind cannot be funded by Proposition I funds that <br /> the 1981-82 capital improvement budget be amended to <br /> include $25,000 for rehabilitation of Westwind with <br /> the projected fund balance adjusted accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> ames R. <br /> orge, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
