EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />For the period commencing October 1, 1981, and ending September 30, 1982, the salary <br />ranges and supplementary benefits for confidential employees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary Ranges. The following salary ranges are effective October 1, 1981. <br /> <br /> Position <br />Executive Secretary <br />Secretary to the City Attorney <br /> <br />Monthly Salary Range <br /> $1505 - 1881 <br /> 1439 - 1799 <br /> <br />II. Supplementary Benefits. <br /> <br />Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the City Blue Cross Plan or the <br />Kaiser "Si" Plan with optical and prescription drug options. Medical <br />benefits include a post-retirement medical benefit of premium contribu- <br />tions up to $150 per month for two years after retirement. <br /> <br />B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value equal <br />to twice the annual salary of the employee. Additional life insurance <br />coverage to be available at the expense of the employee. <br /> <br />D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability insur- <br /> ance. <br /> <br />E. Compensatory Time. Confidential employees may be compensated for overtime <br /> worked either by monetary payment or by compensatory time off at the option <br /> of the employee. Compensatory time shall accrue at the rate of one and one- <br /> half times the overtime hours worked. Compensatory time off which accrues <br /> in excess of forty (40) hours must be liquidated by monetary payment. All <br /> monetary payments for overtime must be paid not later than the next hi- <br /> weekly payroll following the pay period in which the overtime was worked. <br /> Utilization of compensatory time off shall be by mutual agreement between <br /> the department head and the employee. <br /> <br />F. Vacation. <br /> <br /> 1. One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service - ten (10) vacation <br /> days. <br /> 2. Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - fifteen (15) <br /> vacation days. <br /> 3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous service - twenty <br /> (20) vacation days. <br /> 4. Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - twenty-five (25) <br /> vacation days. <br /> <br />G. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to Join and participate in City and <br /> County Credit Union. <br /> <br />H. Holidays. Holidays shall be as set forth in Section 1109 of the Personnel <br /> Rules except that; the state-wide election day is deleted as a holiday, <br /> Veterans' Day shall be observed on the eleventh day of the eleventh month <br /> and, two floating holidays are added to the holiday schedule. The two <br /> floating holidays shall be credited to each employee on July 1 of each year <br /> and be observed on a date mutually agreed to by the employee and the depart- <br /> ment head. <br /> <br />I. Retirement System. All confidential employees shall be members of the <br /> State Public Employees Retirement System (PERS). <br /> <br /> <br />
