Resolution No. 00-014 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 5: <br /> <br />Authorizes the City Manager to sign Growth Management Agreements (or <br />Amended Growth Management Agreements) with Greenbriar Homes, Braddock <br />and Logan (Trident Associates) and Black Mountain Development, all in <br />accordance with this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 6: <br /> <br />All new projects shall pay a traffic development and a public facilities fee <br />previously adopted by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 7: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 15, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> <br />Councilmember Michelotti <br />Councilmember Dennis <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
