CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-014 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />ALLOCATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO SIGN GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />AGREEMENTS OR AMENDMENTS THERETO WITH <br />GREENBRIAR HOMES, BRADDOCK AND LOGAN <br />(SUCCESSORS TO TRIDENT ASSOCIATES) AND BLACK <br />MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 15, 2000, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Planning and Commtmity Development (SR 00:049) regarding the <br />consideration of growth management allocation requests of Greenbriar Homes, <br />Braddock and Logan (successors to Trident Associates) and Black Mountain <br />Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council at which time members of the public <br /> presented testimony regarding the growth management allocations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the request of Greenbriar Homes for 49 building permits in 2000 for the <br />Greenbriar development, provided, however that staff is to draft a set of conditions <br />relative to the concerns of the neighborhood that Greenbriar is to resolve before it <br />obtains any of the 49 building permits for the year 2000. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br />Section 3: <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Approves the request of Braddock and Logan (successors in interest to Trident <br />Associates) for 29 building permits in 2000 for Castlewood Estates. <br /> <br />Approves the request of Black Mountain Development for four building permits in <br />2000 for Carriage Gardens. <br /> <br />Adopts the Table attached to this resolution as Exhibit A that shows growth <br />management allocations for the major projects that have been approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
