Resolution No. 00-013 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission held noticed public hearings to take public comments <br />regarding the Draft EIR and then held noticed public hearings on June 9, June 23, <br />June 28, July 7, July 16, and October 7, 1999 at which it took public testimony <br />concerning the completeness and adequacy of the Final EIR; and <br /> <br />on October 7, 1999, the Planning Commission found the Final EIR to be complete <br />and adequate for the Project and recommended to the City Council that the Final <br />EIR be certified; and <br /> <br />the City Council held a noticed public hearing on February 15, 2000 and <br />considered the completeness and adequacy of the Final EIR; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in the <br />final EIR and the information reflects the City Council's independent judgment and <br />analysis. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Certifies that the Final EIR for the Project has been completed in compliance with <br /> CEQA. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEET1NG HELD ON FEBRUARY 15, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
