CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE FINAL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR <br />THE SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT'S BERNAL <br />AVENUE PROPERTY PROJECT <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is considering a Specific Plan, Development Agreement, <br />prezoning, annexation, and other related matters (collectively, the "Project") <br />affecting approximately 500+ acres on both sides of 1-680, south of Bernal <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton determined that an EIR was required for the Project and <br />referred a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIR to all affected/interested agencies and <br />groups; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton prepared a Draft EIR for the Project which it published on <br />June 16, 1997; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provided proper legal notice of preparation and the <br />availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Report CEIR") for the Project; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft EIR <br />from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise <br />with respect to any environmental impact involved, and other persons and <br />organizations having an interest in the Project; and <br /> <br />the Final EIR for the Project has been prepared and contains the Draft EIR, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft EIR, and the responses to <br />points raised regarding environmental issues in the review and consultation <br />process; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provided proper notice of completion of the Final EIR for <br />the Project; and <br /> <br /> <br />
