NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the application of Sidney <br /> Corrie, Jr. for a general plan change to the land use <br /> designation for a 27+ acre site located on Santa Rita <br /> Road and bounded by Trenery Drive on the south, Oakland <br /> Avenue on the east and the Arroyo Mocho Canal on the <br /> north from I{edium Density Residential to High Density <br /> Residential, subject to the conditions listed on <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the application of Stoneson <br /> Associates for a general plan change to the land use <br /> designation of an approximately 6.6 acre site located <br /> on Stonedale Drive, between Stoneridge Drive on the <br /> north and 1-680 on the east from Freeway Interchange <br /> and Open Space (Public Health and Safety) to High <br /> Density Residential, subject to the conditions listed on <br /> on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Council determines that this is one of the <br /> three times in 1981 that the land use element of the <br /> General Plan is amended as authorized by Government <br /> Code §65631. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />// <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~R <br />ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST:.KT.CER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FOPd~: <br /> <br />Harvey ~ Levine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
