NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the City Council approves the agreement <br /> entitled "Agreement For Maintenance and Construction <br /> of Grade Separations, Alteration of Grade Crossings, <br /> Relocation of Railroad Facilities, and Related <br /> Conveyances of Property and/or Interests Therein", <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: That the City Council authorizes the mayor to <br /> execute the above-referenced agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr and <br /> <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Wood <br />None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> R, MAYOR <br /> <br />/James R.
