Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Fire Prevention Officer is ordered to abate <br />the nuisance declared by Resolution No. 82-98, <br />except as modified in Section 2 below, by having <br />the weeds, rubbish, and refuse removed and for <br />this purpose, the Fire Prevention Officer may <br />enter upon private property to abate the nuisance. <br />Before the Fire Prevention Officer arrives, any <br />property owner may remove the weeds, rubbish or <br />refuse at his own expense. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The property located at 5695 Sonoma Drive, 946-2578-5, <br />owned by L. Mathews, et al. shall have sixty (60) <br />days from the date of this resolution prior to the <br />City enforcing a weed abatement action upon the <br />property. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> The Fire Prevention Officer or the contractor <br />awarded the work by the City for removal of Weeds, <br />rubbish or refuse, as the case may be, shall keep <br />an account of the cost of abatement in front of <br />or on each separate parcel of land where the work <br />is done and shall submit to the City Council for <br />consideration, hearing of objections, modification <br />and confirmation, an itemized written report showing <br />the cost, all as more particularly described by <br />Government Code Section 39574. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS P~SOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 6, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br />~~R,~MAyOR~~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Brian W.
