WHEREAS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-122 REESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTtlORIZING STAFF TO PROCEED WITH ABATEMENT OF WHEEDS, RUBBISH OR REFUSE UPON OR IN FRONT OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHICH CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES at its meeting of March 23, 1982, Council adopted Resolution No. 82-98, declaring as a public nuisance all weeds, rubbish or refuse upon or in front of certain described properties within the City of Pleasanton as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached thereto; and said Resolution No. 82-98 was adopted pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Sections 39501- 39588; and said Resolution No. 82-98 designated April 6, 1982, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., at the Pleasanton City Council Chambers, as the time, date and place to hear and consider objections to the abatement and removal of weeds, rubbish or refuse upon or in front of certain described properties within the City of Pleasanton more particularly set forth in Exhibit A to Resolution No. 82-98; and the Fire Prevention Officer was charged with the responsibility to perform the duties imposed by Government Code Sections 39560-39588, and he did prepare notices to destroy weeds and remove rubbish and refuse, and did in the time and manner prescribed by law cause copies of the notice to be conspicuously posted on or in front of the property where the nuisance exists; the City did mail written notice of the proposed abatement to all persons owning property described in Resolution No. 82-98 in the time, form and manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on April 6, 1982, and heard objections from Z & M Properties regarding property on Sonoma Drive, who desired 60 days to abate their weeds themselves; NOW, THEPZFOP~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ttl CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
