considering the information set forth in the reports of the Director of Planning and Community Development and attachments thereto, as well as the information contained in the Initial Study leading to the Negative Declaration and Mitigated Negative Declaration for said projects; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council approves the application of the City of Pleasanton for a General Plan change to the land use designation for several properties on the west side of Martin Avenue between Mohr Avenue and the Arroyo Mocho and an approximately 45 acre site east of Martin Avenue immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho from "Medium Density Residential" and "Sand and Gravel tlarvesting" to "Low Density Residential," the aforementioned area more particu- larly shown in the attached Exhibit A. Section 2: The City Council approves the application of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland and Devcon Development, Inc. for a General Plan change to the land use designation for an approximately 3.9 acre parcel of land located on the east side of Santa Rita Road approximately 250 fto north of its intersection with the Southern Pacific railroad tracks, more particularly shown in the attached Exhibit B, from "Medium Density Residential" to "General and Limited Industrial," subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit C, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 3: The City Council determines that this is one of the three times in 1982 that the Land Use Element of the General Plan has been amended as authorized by Government Code §65631. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
