Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br />the General Plan amendment changing the land use <br />designation of an approximately 3.9 acre site <br />located on the east side of Santa Rita Road approximately <br />250 ft. north of its intersection with the Southern <br />Pacific railroad tracks from "Medium Density <br />Residential" to "General and Limited Industrial" <br />and for rezoning the property from "A" (Agrigultural) <br />to "I-P" (Industrial Park), subject to mitigating <br />conditions number 3, 4 and 5 as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" attached to Resolution No. 82-158 and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 11, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES Mercer, ~Iohr, Wood and <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: T~~~yO' <br /> ROBER <br />~es .
