IV. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />Fees <br /> <br />Fees to cover administrative costs shall be paid to the <br />City of Pleasanton as more particularly set forth in <br />the Fees and Charges Resolution for Various Municipal <br />Services. <br /> <br />Environmental Assessment <br /> <br />Actions by the City Council pursuant to these rules and <br />procedures shall not be taken until action is first <br />taken by the City Council upon the appropriate environmental <br />assessment document pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act and local guidelines implementing same. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
