Studies, Volumes I and II, the Traffic Impact Analysis <br />Stoneridge Center, April 15, 1981, or other facilities deemed <br />necessary by the City. The assessment district or districts <br />shall be formed at the time deemed necessary by the City. <br /> <br />II. WATER SERVICE STUDY <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to participate in the funding of a <br /> <br />comprehensive water study of the North Pleasanton.area <br />designed to identify short- and long-term improvements <br />necessary to achieve adequate water supply and pressure, <br />said study being in progress at this time. The Developer's <br />share of the total cost of the study may be made a part of a <br />subsequent assessment district, at the discretion of the <br />City. In the event said study costs are not made a part of <br />an assessment district, Developer shall pay to the City the <br />Developer's share of the total cost, an amount not to exceed <br />$5,000.00 within one month of notification by the City <br />Engineer of demand for payment and the amount thereof. The <br />determination of such share, in the event it is not made <br />part of an assessment district, shall be done on an equitable <br />basis. <br /> <br />III. WATER SERVICE I~ROVE~NTS <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to pay his share of the cost of the <br />water facilities necessary to serve the subject site or made <br />necessary due to the cumulative development of the North <br />Pleasanton area over and above those facilities to be provided <br />subject property by the terms of City Council Resolution No. <br />78-81.
