3. Sufficiency of Engineering Work: CONSULTING <br />ENGINEER agrees that all engineering work performed for CITY <br />shall be proper professional engineering services and shall be <br />adequate and sufficient to meet the purposes for which it is <br />performed, that said work shall be in accord with the <br />standards and criteria of CITY, and that said work be <br />completed to allow the advertising of bids, where applicable. <br /> <br /> 4. Title to Documents: All maps, plans, designs, <br />and detailed drawings, reports, work data, and all other <br />documents prepared or prescribed by CONSULTING ENGINEER in the <br />performance of this Agreement shall become the property of <br />CITY upon completion and acceptance of work. <br /> <br /> 5. Payment of Services: In consideration of the <br />faithful performance of this Agreement by CONSULTING ENGINEER, <br />CITY agrees to pay CONSULTING ENGINEER an Engineer's Fee "A" <br />which shall cover all services set forth in Paragraph 6 <br />hereof, an Engineer's Fee "B" for additional work set forth in <br />Paragraph 8 hereof, an Engineer's Fee "C" for additional work <br />set forth in Paragraph 10 hereof, an Engineer's Fee "D" for <br />optional additional work set forth in Paragraph 12 hereof, a <br />Unit Price Fee "E" for optional additional work set forth in <br />Paragraph 14, an Engineer's Fee "F" for optional additional <br />work set forth in Paragraph 16 hereof, and an Engineer's Fee <br />"G" for optional additional work set forth in Paragraph 19 <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
