CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-198 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CttANGES TO THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 8, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for changes <br />to the General Plan Land Use and Circulation <br />Element, the Noise Element, the General Plan <br />Supplement and any other elements necessary to: <br /> <br />delete the policy referring to a prohibition <br />of direct vehicular access to Hopyard Road <br />from adjacent properties between Interstate <br />Freeway 580 and West Las Positas; <br /> <br />delete the policy referring to the routing of <br />all truck traffic generated from properties <br />located between Hopyard Road and Santa Rita <br />Road north of West Las Positas Boulevard to <br />the proposed frontage road just south of <br />1-580; <br /> <br />increase the planned street width of West Las <br />Positas Boulevard between Interstate Freeway <br />680 and Santa Rita Road from four lanes to <br />six lanes; <br /> <br />generally <br />Drive and <br />and <br /> <br />establish the width of Stoneridge <br />its alignment east of Hopyard Road; <br /> <br />Amend the Noise Element of the General Plan <br />by replacing the interim noise level standards <br />found in Table 5 with new interim noise level <br />standards consisting of the adopted noise <br />level standards of the Federal Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development, Environmental <br />Protection Agency, the California Noise <br />Insulation Standards, and/or the adopted <br />noise level standards of any other state or <br />federal agency establishing noise level <br />standards by land use category. New noise <br />level standards for individual land use <br />categories within Pleasanton may be those <br />standards adopted for similar areas in any of <br />the adopted state or federal standards listed <br />above; and <br /> <br /> <br />
