LONG-TER}i AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> TttIS LONG-TE~ AGREEMJENT is made and entered into on <br /> <br />the 2nd day of June, 1982, by and between VALLEY PLAZA APARTmeNTS <br />JOINT VENUTRE (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") and <br />the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter <br />referred to as "City"). The Developer and City agree as set <br />forth below. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, Developer is the o~er of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit A, attached to this <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, which consists <br />generally of 9.31 acres located on the south side of Valley <br />Avenue immediately west of Safeway Shopping Center, north of <br />Amador Park and east of the single-family residential lots <br />fronting on Brooktree Way; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer has received planning approval for a <br />residential development project (PUD-81-23) consisting of <br />150 apartment units and 20 condominium units (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS, Developer is seeking development approval for <br /> <br />the Project under the City's Growth ~lanagement Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City may enter long-term agreements with <br /> <br />project developers meeting the requirements for such agreements <br /> <br />pursuant to Ordinance Noo 1023 <br />and the implementing procedures <br />82-66; and <br /> <br />(Growth Management Program) <br />contained in Resolution No. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
