CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~]IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-182 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LONG-TE~I AGREEMENT P~GARDING <br />THE ORLOFF PROPERTY <br /> <br />WIIEREAS , <br /> <br />Section 2-20.05(a) of the Growth Management Program <br />provides that long-term agreements may be entered <br />into for those large projects which will require <br />phased development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />developers of the Orloff property have received <br />approval for a 170-unit apartment/townhouse project <br />behind the Amador Plaza Shopping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />developers and staff have negotiated a tentative <br />agreement, the contents of which are in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is in the best interests of the City of Pleasanton <br />to approve the attached agreement and authorize <br />the mayor to execute it; <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEP~FOP~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Long-term Agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Valley Plaza Apartments <br /> Joint Venture. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the attached <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 2, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, ~ohr and l%ayor <br /> Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Br~a/nn~'~ft~g City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
