The terms of the Subdivision Agreement, Tract <br />5062, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", between the City and <br />Developer are therefore incorporated by reference in this <br />agreement as if fully set forth here~n. <br /> <br />3. Availability of Permits. Provided plans are submitted <br />acceptable to the Chief Building Inspector of the City by <br />July 1, 1982, building permits will be available to Developer <br />beginning July 10, 1982 for the entire 196 dwellings of <br /> <br />Tract 5062. Any staff overtime or other incidentally incurred <br />costs of reviewing said plans or related matters of the <br />project shall be borne by the City with no expense to Developer <br />other than those costs as shom~ in paragraph 4 herein delineating <br />various fees and charges, <br /> <br /> Fees and Charges. <br /> <br /> A. The following fees and charges are to be in full <br /> <br /> force and effect and shall be paid by Developer at the <br /> <br />time of building permit issuance: <br /> <br />1.
