AGREEPZNT <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAFBEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br /> THIS AGP~E~%NT is made and entered into at Pleasanton, <br /> <br />California this day of June, 1982 by and between: <br /> <br /> H0~STEAD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a California <br /> corporation, <br /> 11875 Dublin Boulevard, Suite A-155 <br /> Dublin, CA 94566 <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Developer") and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, located in Alameda <br />County, (hereinafter referred to as "City"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City adopted Resolution 81-287, Resolution <br />Establishing an Affordable Housing Competition for the City <br />of Pleasanton for 1981-82, on August 25, 1981; and <br /> <br /> ~.~tEP~AS, said resolution outlined a program through <br /> <br />which one or more affordable housing projects would be <br />selected and processed through the City's development procedures; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, Developer submitted a residential development <br />project, "Amador Meadows," consisting of 196 single-family <br />homes and to~mhouses, previously reviewed and approved by <br />the City as PUD 81-29, Tract 5062, to the Affordable Housing <br />Competition; and <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, "Amador Meadows" was determined the winner of <br /> <br />the Affordable tlousing Competition at a public hearing held <br /> <br />on May 11, 1982, in accordance with Resolution 81-287~ and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
