AGREEmeNT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGP~E~INT is made and entered into by ~ZLVIN P. <br />NELSON and ~KVIN CASALINA, real estate appraisers, whose <br />address is 4871 Golden Road, Pleasanton, California 94566 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Appraisers'I), and the CITY OF <br /> <br /> a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />PLEASANTON, <br />as "City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> 1. City has determined to realign Johnson Drive west <br /> <br />of Ilopyard Road, and the realignment requires the acquisition <br />of certain private property and the payment of just compensation <br />therefor. City intends to off-set the costs of acquisition <br />by providing additional improvements to the affected fee <br />owners and lessees. <br /> <br /> 2. City desires the services of an appraiser in order <br /> <br />to establish a basis for the payment of just compensation <br />for property to be acquired, including the value of any off- <br />setting land and/or improvements. <br /> <br /> 3. Appraisers are duly licensed and qualified real <br />estate appraisers, experienced in providing real estate <br />appraisals for roadway improvements, including appraising <br />commercial and industrial properties, lessees ' interests, <br />and exchanges, and have offered their services for the <br />purposes specified in this agreement. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
