levels of fire service through timely additions of fire <br /> <br /> safety equipP~ent, facilities and personnel, as determined by <br /> <br />City. In d~termining the level of participation of such <br />funding agreed tO hereiu, City shall take into consideration <br />the project's contribution towards funding city services, generally <br />(via taxes, etc.) and the level of fire protection designed <br />into the project. <br /> <br />VI. NOISE MITIGATION FACILITIES <br /> <br /> Developer, in conjunction with The Prudential Insurance <br /> <br />Company of America, agrees to finance an acoustical analysis <br />on (1) Santa Rita Road between West Las Positas Boulevard <br />and 1-580; (2) West Las Positas Boulevard between Hopyard <br /> <br />Road and 1-680; (3) West Las Positas Boulevard between the <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company railroad tracks and <br />Santa Rita Road; and (4) Hopyard Road between Valley Avenue <br />and Stoneridge Drive. Developer further agrees to construct, <br />finance or participate in the financing of noise mitigation <br />measures, when deemed necessary by and to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. Noise mitigation measures shall be <br />noise barrier walls or building modifications as deemed <br />appropriate and necessary by the City Engineer. The noise <br />mitigation measures shall be designed to attenuate anticipated <br />future noise levels to acceptable noise levels as defined in <br />the Pleasanton General Plan Noise Element for the land use <br />classifications affected. Developer agrees to fund or <br />participate in the funding of such noise mitigation measures <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
