Developer shall pay to the <br /> City the Developer's share of the total cost within one (1) <br /> month of notification by the City ~fanager of demand for <br /> pa~ent and the amount thereof. The determination of such <br /> share, in the event it is not made part of an assessment <br /> district, shall be done on an equitable basis. <br /> <br />V. FIP~ SERVICE EQUIE~.ZNTS <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to participate in the financing of the <br /> <br /> fire apparatus, manpower and other fire safety facilities <br /> required to serve the project or made necessary due to the <br /> cumulat.ive development of maj or commercial/indus trial projects. <br /> Fire apparatus, manpower and other facilities necessary <br /> shall be those identified as required to maintain existing <br /> le~.els of fire service in the above-mentioned study and as <br /> deemed necessary by the City. Developer agrees to participate <br /> in the funding of such apparatus, manpower and other facilities <br /> in whichever manner best achieves the maintenance of existing <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
