NOISE MITIGATION FACILITIES <br /> % <br /> Developer, in conjunction ~.zith Callahan-Pentz Properties, <br /> <br />Pleasanton, agrees to finance an acoustical analysis on <br /> <br />(1) Santa Rite Road between West Las Positas Boulevard and <br />1-580; (2) West Las Positas Boulevard between }lopyard Road <br />and 1-680; (3) West Las Positas Boulevard between the Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company railroad tracks and Santa <br /> <br />Rita Road; and (4) Hopyard Road between Valley Avenue and <br />Stoneridge Drive.. Developer further agrees to construct, <br />finance or participate in the financing of noise mitigation <br />measures, when deemed necessary by and to the sati. sfactior~ <br />of the City Engineer. Noise mitigation measures shall be <br />noise barrier walls or building modifications.as deemed <br />appropriate and Decessary by the City Engineer. The noise <br />mitigation measures shall be designed to attenuate anticipated <br />future noise levels to acceptable noise levels as defined in <br />the Pleasanton General Plan Noise Element for the land use <br />classifications affected.
