FIRE SERVICE STUDY <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to participate in the funding of a <br /> <br />study of the fire service requirements made necessary by the <br />project and other major commercial industrial projects in <br />order to maintain existing levels of fire service in accordance <br />with City's General Plan policies, said study being in <br />progress at this time. The Developer's share of the total <br />cost of the study shall be determined by the City Manager, <br />but shall not exceed ~10,000.00.: Developer shall pay to the <br />City tbe Devcloper's share of the total cost within one (1) <br />month of notification by the City ~anager of ~emand for <br />payment and the amount thereof. The determination of such <br />share, in Che event it is not made part of an assessment <br />district, shall be done on a~ equitable basis. <br /> <br />V. FIRE SERVICE,REQUIREmeNTS <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to participate in <br /> fire apparatus, manpower and other fir~! <br /> <br />the financing of the <br />safety facilities <br /> <br />required to serve the project or made necessary due to.the <br />cumulative development of major co~ercial/industrial p~ojects. <br />Fire apparatus, manpower and other facilities necessary <br />shall be those identified as required to maintain existing <br />levels of fire service in the above-mentioned study and as <br />deemed necessary by the City. Developer agrees to participate <br />in the funding of such apparatus, manpower and other facilities <br />in whichever manner best achieves the maintenance of existing <br /> <br /> <br />
