TRAFFIC FACILITIES <br /> <br /> Developer agr. ees to place the project site into .an. <br /> <br /> assessment distridt or districts' for the constructiQn of all <br /> of the facilities necessary for the amelioration of traffic <br /> congestion caused by development of the project including <br /> its direct and c~ulative traffic impact. Facilities may be <br /> those described in the North Pleasanton Traffic Studies, <br /> Vol~es I, II and III, the Traffic Impact Analysis-Stoneridge <br /> Center, April 15. 19821, or other facilities deemed necessary <br /> by the City. The assessment district or districts shall be <br /> formed at the time deemed necessary by the City. <br /> II. WATER SERVICE STUDY <br /> <br /> . Developer agrees to p~ticipa~e in the funding of a <br /> comprehensive water study of the North Pleasantoa area <br /> designed to identify short- and long-term improvements <br /> necessary to achieve adequate water supply and pressure, <br /> said study being in progress at this time. The Developer's <br /> share of the total cost of the study may be made a part of a <br /> subsequent assessment district, at the discretion of the <br /> City. In the event said study costs are no~ made a part of <br /> <br />an assessment district, Developer shall pay to the City the <br />'.Develop~r's share of the total cost~ an amo~u~t not to ~>~ceed <br /> $10,000.00, within one month' of notification by the City <br /> <br /> <br />
