Landscape plans for north and west sfde of onsite roadways. <br /> <br />Engineer's Fees <br />]. <br /> <br />As compensation for the .work accomplished under Section A, Scope of <br />Work, the City shall pay to Engineer as follows: <br /> <br />a. For Item A-1 (a) Topographic Services: <br /> a lump sum of ~9,000. <br /> <br />b. For Item A-1 (b) Parcel Map: <br /> a lump sum of ~2,600. <br /> <br />For Item A-2 (a thru h) and Item A-3 (a and b) Plans and <br />Specifications: <br />33,500 plus that percentage of the total construction and utility <br />cost (less the cost of the bridge, traffic signal, landscaping and <br />contingencies) as prescribed by ASCE Curve A (Exhibit "A" <br />attached). <br /> <br />For Item A-2 (i) Assessment Proceedings: <br />Two percent Of final, total construction and utility cost. <br /> <br />e. For Item A-2 (j) Landscape Plans and Specifications: <br /> a lump s~nn of ~24,840. <br /> <br />For Item A-4 - Construction Staking: <br />Three percent of final, total construct]on and uti].ity <br />the cost of landscaping. <br /> <br />CoSt less <br /> <br />g. For Item A-5: <br /> Hour charge rates as shown in Exhibit "C" (attached). <br /> <br />2. Time of Payment <br /> <br />For ~ork done prior to the sale of bonds, payment will be made by City <br />within thirty days of receipt of proceeds from the sale of the bonds <br />to fund project. <br /> <br /> <br />
