Storm drain system, bridges, and culverts. <br />d. Sanitary sewer system. <br />e- Water system. <br />f. Joint trench facilities. <br />g. Curb and gutter and median curbs. <br />h. Monumentation. <br /> <br />staking shall be done one time and restaking necessary because of <br />obliteration by contractor or others will be charged to City as extra <br />work under Section 5 (Supplementary Services). <br /> <br />5. Supplementary Services <br /> <br />In addition to the services provided by Engineer ~nder the above four <br />phases, City may authorize Engineer in writing to perform supple- <br />mentary services, for which City shall compensate Engineer on an <br />hourly basis. Supplementary services may include but are not limited <br />to: <br /> <br />a. Rastaking of lost or destroyed construction stakes. <br /> <br />b. Plans, Specifications, Engineer's Report, etc., reproduction in <br /> excess of quantity specified in agreement. <br /> <br />c- Mechanical and/or Electrical Plans for the modification of City of <br /> San Francisco well sites including checking of shop drawings. <br /> <br />d. Design of structures to be placed over existing wells to remain- <br /> <br />e. Construction staking for landscaping. <br /> <br />f. Amending Plans, Specifications, Reports, and Maps completed as a <br /> resu]t of changes in the scope of the Assessment District <br /> improvements. <br /> <br />g. Erosion control plans. <br /> <br />h. Mylar or microfilm reproduction of plans and maps for permanent <br /> City files. <br /> <br />i. Respread~ ng assessments. <br /> <br /> <br />
