CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />P1SOLUTION NO. 82-330 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT DEFE~NT AGREEMENT <br />WITH STONESON DEVELOP~.ZNT CORPORATION RE PARCEL <br />~P 400 <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />Stoneson Development Corporation has purchased <br />sewer connection permits for a portion of the <br />property in Parcel Map 400 which will expire in <br />the next few months; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />economic conditions preclude development of this <br />property at this time and require possible revisions <br />to the plan to best meet changing housing needs, <br />revisions which are best done without the pressure <br />of artificial building deadlines; <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the attached Development Deferment <br /> Agreement with Stoneson Development Corporation <br /> for property within Parcel Map 400. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the }~ayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtiIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 24, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, ~rcer, ~lDhr, Wood and ~yor Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: .~TL~ER ~ <br /> ROBERT E , 1~AYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />yfROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
