Section 2: The City Council declares that, with respect to <br /> the proposed realignment of Johnson Drive west of <br /> Hopyard Road, it has found and determined that: <br /> <br />(a) the public interest and necessity require the <br /> proposed project; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />the proposed project is planned and located <br />in the manner that will be most compatible <br />with the greatest public good and the least <br />private injury; and <br /> <br />(c) the property described in this resolution is <br /> necessary for the proposed project. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to acquire the above-described real <br /> property in accordance with the law of eminent <br /> domain of the State of California. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 24, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: RO ~ ~.~Fy <br /> BE~.
