that certain map entitled Parcel <br />August 19, 1982, in Book 135 of Maps, <br /> <br />Official Records of Alameda County; <br /> <br />Map 3860, recorded <br />Pages 59 through 62, <br /> <br /> B. Developer has received PUD zoning and develop- <br />ment plan approval by Ordinances Number 924 and 928, as <br />amendedby Resolution 82-62, of the City of Pleasan'ton to <br />permit development of the Property as an industrial park <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Project"); <br /> <br /> C. The City requires Developer as a condition of <br />the City's approval of the parcel map referred to in Para- <br />graph A of these recitals to participate in the financing of <br />fire safety services and facilities required to serve the <br />Project and other major conmlercial/industrial projects; <br /> <br /> D. The City desires to secure Developer's par- <br />ticipation in the'financing of fire safety services and <br />facilities through this agreement; and <br /> <br /> E. City and Developer have reached mutual under- <br />standing and agreement concerning the terms and conditions <br />to be included in this agreement and now desire to set forth <br /> <br />their understanding and agreement pertainin~ thereto in <br />writing. <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, City and Developer hereby agree as <br /> <br />Fire Services Requirements and Financing. <br />1.1 Developer agrees to participate, <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />provided herein, in the financing of fire safety facilities, <br />manpower, and fire-fighting apparatus reasonably required to <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
