RESOLUTION NO. 82-352 <br /> <br />RESOLUTICN APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />Assessment Eistrict 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br />1982-2, <br />County, <br />orders: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This City Council has taken a series of actions <br /> <br />preliminary to ordering the improvement in Assessment District <br /> Valley Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> California, and now makes the following findings and <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council adopted a map showing the <br />boundaries of the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A <br />copy of the boundary map was filed in the office of the County <br />Recorder of the County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of <br />Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council adopted its Resolution of <br />Intention to order the improvement described therein under ~he <br />Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and directed BISSELL & KARN, <br />as the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare <br />the report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code. <br /> <br />The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br />The acquisition of streets and utilities in and <br />adjacent to Tract 4889, Valley Business Park, <br />including street paving, curb and gutters, sidewalk, a <br />system of sanitary sewers, a system of water supply, <br />storm drainage facilities, street lights and all other <br />necessary appurtenances in and along Serpentine Lane, <br />Quarry Late, Boulder Street from Quarry Lane to the <br />east boundary of Tract 4889 and Valley Avenue from the <br />east boundary of Tract 4889 westerly to Santa Rita <br /> <br /> <br />
