AGREEMENT FOR ALLOCATION OF SEt,~R CONNECTIONS <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City") and JOHN CAROLINE, <br />JR. and JOAN CAROLINE, his wife ("Caroline") or nominee/assignee, <br />effective this/7~day of /'V~v~ S~ , 1980. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. Caroline is the o~ner of the sixty-nine (69) acre <br />property located on Valley Avenue in the City of Pleasanton, <br />more particularly described as Tract 4326 on the tentative map <br />recently approved by the City. Caroline is the successor in <br />interest to KAISER SAND & GRAVEL, having acquired said property <br />from Kaiser. <br /> <br /> B. It is Caroline's intention to develop a high quality <br />business park on the property. <br /> <br /> C. CaroIine has retained tlabitec for site and architectural <br />design, Bissell & Karn, Inc., civil engineers, as project <br />engineers, Judd Hull & Associates, and Earth Systems, Inc., as <br />soil engineers, for the design and construction of the business <br />park and the improvements thereon. All approvals have been <br />obtained to date including full environmental impact report, <br />development plan, rezoning, and approved tentative map. <br /> <br />Caroline is awaiting approval of the final map pending allocation <br />of adequate sewer capacity to service the proposed project. <br /> <br /> D. City has entered into an agreement with Willo~ West <br />Properties for development of 500,000 GPD of sewer capacity at <br />the Dublin San Ramon Services District Plant (DSRSD) and in <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
