Purchaser's rights and <br />obligations provided for herein shall expire on the earlier <br />of (i) November 17, 1989, or (ii) termination by the City of <br />Purchaser's rights under this First Amendment and the Sewer <br />Assignment, Assumption and Release Agreement for default <br />under the Sewer Assignment, Assumption, and Release Agree- <br />ment by Purchaser, or its successors or assigns. <br /> <br /> 6. Exhibits. All exhibits are attached hereto <br /> <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 7. Recording. This First Amendment shall be <br />recorded in Alameda County. <br /> <br /> 8. Affirmation.
